Modern Problems of Management 2025

On September 25th, a working conference on Modern Problems of Management 2025 took place in Kyiv, bringing together over 60 participants from Ukraine and other countries in a hybrid format. Professor Ewa Szymczak, representing the University of Gdańsk, has participated in the plenary session. The first thematic session of the conference was Adapting to the Digital Economy in Times of Crisis: Experience of the "Incubating Freedom" Project for Empowering Women and Rebuilding Ukraine.

During this session (see the recording), Prof. Wojciech M. Marchwica from the Perspektywy Education Foundation, coordinator of the IFU project, presented the Strategy for Ukrainian refugees through education in IT and 4.0 industry area, suitable for implementation in all EU countries, prepared as part of the project. He also detailed issues related to the psychological problems of emigrants – one of the topics discussed in the Strategy. Other project partners were present online, including Professor Martin Hromada from TBU, Professor György Fábri from ELTE, and, of course, scientists from KPI – the hosts of the symposium. These presentations, as well as other contributions to the discussion, sparked considerable discussion.
